These guys were great! I had gone 3 weeks without air. They managed to work me in 2 days earlier than I was scheduled, and worked late into the evening to get the job done. They laid tarp down and plastic where they walked, and wore booties. I've had bad experiences in the past where I was left a filthy mess to clean up. Not with this company. They were professional, polite, and did a great job! Excellent all the way around!

When my AC stopped blowing cold air, I needed a recharge. Shane got everything up and running and perfect within an hour. I shopped around quite a bit before selecting Root. Their price per pound of refrigerant is hands down the most reasonable. Fantastic service at a fantastic price. Highly recommend 👍👍.

We had our AC go out late on Sunday evening during 95+ weather. I reached out via text to schedule service and in the meantime Kelly also helped triage the issue remotely and we were able to get our AC back up in running that evening. Roots came out to do the spring maintenance on our unit later the next week and the team was on time, communicative and provided me extra education on the system during that visit. I would highly recommend using Roots and will be using them again for my own home.
